Fidelio is an iron sculpture of the Cape Buffalo which stands sentinel outside our winery.
Named after the only opera written by Ludwig Van Beethoven celebrating loyalty and faithfulness.
Fidelio guards our wines and protects the winery and has become our unofficial mascot.
The Fidelio range is owned and made by Chris Williams, owner of The Foundry wines.
